Purchase and refund terms

Dopóki eSIM nie został zainstalowany w urządzeniu, możesz zrezygnować i otrzymać zwrot całej kwoty — przez 180 dni od zakupu. Po instalacji eSIM ten pełny zwrot już nie przysługuje: zasób sieciowy został wydany i nie może zostać oddany. Jeżeli kupujesz jako konsument, w ciągu 14 dni od zakupu możesz jednak odstąpić od umowy — zwrócimy wtedy cenę pomniejszoną o część usługi wykonaną do chwili odstąpienia. Nie wpływa to na Twoje pozostałe ustawowe prawa, w tym na reklamację, jeśli eSIM nie działa.

You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the eSIM has been installed on a device, for up to 180 days from purchase. Once the eSIM has been installed, this full refund no longer applies: the network resource has been issued and cannot be returned. If you buy as a consumer, you may still withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, and we then refund the price less the part of the service provided up to the withdrawal. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including a complaint if the eSIM does not work.
