How much does roaming cost outside the European Union?
A 1 GB package from Polish operators costs 15 to 100 zł, and without a package a megabyte can cost tens of złoty. Work out your trip in the calculator.
Outside the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, “roam like at home” doesn’t apply and every Polish operator charges for data separately. There are two levels of price.
With a package bought before the trip or turned on automatically: Orange sells 10 GB for 15 days for 79 zł or 1 GB for 24 hours for 15 zł, Plus 1 GB for 35 zł and 5 GB for 130 zł, T-Mobile 5 GB for 7 days for 99 zł, Play 1 GB for 100 zł and 5 GB for 150 zł for 14 days (prices from the operators’ price lists checked on 16 October 2026; each package’s list of countries is different).
Without a package, rates are charged by the kilobyte: with Play 3.60–4.30 zł for every 100 kB, with T-Mobile in zone 3 (including the Emirates and the Maldives) 1.43 zł per 100 kB. A single app update in the background can cost several hundred złoty; that is why you turn data roaming off on your Polish SIM before you fly.
In the roaming calculator you enter the country, the days and the gigabytes and see the cost with each operator next to an eSIM plan for the same trip.
