Yes. Your number belongs to the SIM card you already have, and that card stays in the phone. The siEmanko! eSIM is a separate, data-only line with no number of its own.

Calls and texts reach your Polish number as always, at your operator’s roaming rates. Receiving a text, such as a code from your bank, is free with most operators outside the EU too; calls usually are not, so for calls WhatsApp or another messaging app over the eSIM’s data is the better choice.
